Every order is printed to order, so there are two clocks: the time to make it, then the time to deliver it.

Outside Canada, any duties or import charges are the buyer's.
Returns
This is the one that needs care. Because nothing is printed until it is ordered, a return is not simply restocked — so most print-to-order shops accept returns for faults and sizing but not for change of mind.
Faults and misprints: replaced or refunded within 30 days from delivery.
Wrong size: exchanged within 14 days from delivery, unworn.
Change of mind: not accepted on made-to-order pieces. The full version.
