What this site does, and where it currently falls short.
What is in place
| Keyboard | Every link and control is reachable by tab, with a visible focus ring. |
|---|---|
| Motion | The knolling field and the featured rail both stop moving under prefers-reduced-motion. |
| Images | Product photographs carry alt text. The decorative knolling field is hidden from screen readers rather than read out 180 times. |
| Text | Body text is near-black on off-white. No text is set in the yellow. |
| Structure | One h1 per page, headings in order, real landmarks. |
| Zoom | Layout holds to 200% without anything scrolling sideways. |
Where it falls short
The featured rail and the knolling field are both driven by pointer and scroll. They can be reached by keyboard but not driven by it, and neither has been tested end to end with a screen reader.
The strategy asks for support across major screen readers. That is a testing pass, not a claim, so it is not being claimed here.
