Made to order changes the answer here, so it is worth being exact.
Why this is different
Nothing is printed until it is ordered. A returned piece cannot go back on a shelf, because there is no shelf — which is why most print-to-order shops accept returns for faults and sizing but not for a change of mind.
The policy
| Window | 30 days from delivery |

| Faulty or misprinted | Replaced or refunded, your choice. Send a photo and we sort it. |
| Wrong size ordered | Exchanged within 14 days from delivery, unworn and unwashed. |
| Changed your mind | Not accepted. Nothing is printed until you order it, so there is nothing to restock. |
| Return shipping | Return postage is the buyer's unless the item arrived faulty. |
