- When is my order made?
- After you place it. Every piece in the catalogue is printed to order — nothing is held in stock, so there is a production step before it ships. Printing takes 2–5 business days, then delivery on top.
- Where does it ship from, and where to?
- Canada, worldwide. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
- Canada 3–7 business days, C$7.95 · United States 4–10 business days, C$11.95 · Rest of the world 10–20 business days, C$19.95. Free over C$100. Every order ships tracked.
- What sizes do you carry?
- Tees run S to 4XL. The hoodie runs S to 5XL. Mugs and cards are one size.
- What are the tees actually made of?
- 100% ring-spun US cotton, garment-dyed, with a tubular knit so there are no side seams, and double-needle stitching on the seams there are.
- And the hoodie?
- 50/50 cotton–polyester medium-weight fleece, double-lined hood with a colour-matched drawcord, kangaroo pocket and a tear-away label.
- How do I wash printed garments?
- From the product listings:
- Machine wash cold, 30°C / 90°F maximum
- Do not bleach — non-chlorine only where the listing allows it
- Tumble dry low
- Iron, steam or dry on low heat
- Do not dry clean
- Are the mugs dishwasher safe?
- Yes, and microwave safe. 11oz white ceramic, 3.74″ tall by 3.15″ across.
- What paper are the cards printed on?
- 270gsm, available coated on both sides, coated on one side, matte or uncoated. They come in packs of 1, 10, 30 or 50 with envelopes included.
- Can you print my own design?
- Yes — that is the whole idea. Send the artwork and pick what it goes on. The custom page explains it.
- Can I return something?
- If it arrived faulty or misprinted, yes — within 30 days from delivery, replaced or refunded. Wrong size, yes, exchanged within 14 days from delivery. Changed your mind, no: it was printed for you and there is nothing to restock.
