Who we are looking for.
A valid licence for the vehicle class — car, LMV or heavy passenger. A clean record. Punctuality. Courtesy. Experience helps; attitude matters more.
Women drivers welcome. Over fifty women already drive, attend and supervise with us.
How we hire, and how we train.
Licence check. Background and police verification. A full induction on the vehicle and every document it carries. Then a supervised first week.
Every day, a briefing from your supervisor. Every week, the operations manager. Every month, the head of operations. Every year, external training. Alcohol test before every shift — the same for everyone.
How we look after you.
Free eye check-ups and health camps. An annual sports day. Rewards for long service. Uniform and identification provided. Managers who have done your job — most of ours have been here twenty years or more.
Own your bus.
SST gives you the vehicle and the contracts to run it. Over a set period, you earn it. At the end, the title transfers and the bus is yours. Not a bonus. A path.
