1. Who we are

Glow with Martha is a solo esthetics and massage practice operated by Martha Rodriguez, a licensed esthetician and licensed massage therapist, at 3505 Camino del Rio S #263, San Diego, CA 92108.

2. Who can book

This is a women-only practice.

You must be 18 or over to book an appointment.

Some treatments are unsuitable during pregnancy, with certain skin conditions, or while taking particular medications — retinoids and isotretinoin in particular. Tell Martha about anything relevant when you book. She may decline or modify a treatment where it would not be safe, and will always explain why.

3. Requesting an appointment

Submitting the booking form sends a request, not a confirmed appointment. Nothing is reserved until Martha confirms it personally, usually within a day. She may propose a different time.

You will receive a reference beginning GWM- when your request is recorded. Quote it if you need to get in touch about that booking.

4. Cancellations and lateness

Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be charged.

Arrive 5–10 minutes early for a first visit so there is time for a short consultation. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened so the following client is not delayed, and the full price still applies.

You can cancel from your account up to 24 hours before. Inside 24 hours, please call — the site will ask you to.

5. Prices and payment

Prices shown on this site are in US dollars and are the prices charged at the studio. They may change; the price confirmed with your appointment is the price you pay.

Payment is taken at the studio at the end of your appointment. No deposit or card details are taken through this website, and this site never asks for card information.

First-time clients receive 15% off their first service. Active duty and veteran military women receive 15% off, on your word alone — no proof is asked for. Discounts are not combined.

6. Preparation and aftercare

Waxing requires hair of at least a quarter of an inch. Avoid sun exposure, exfoliants and retinol for 24–48 hours beforehand, and arrive with clean skin.

Lash fills assume at least 40% of your extensions remain; below that a full set applies and the price differs. Martha will tell you before starting, not after.

Aftercare guidance is given at the end of every appointment. Results depend partly on following it.

7. Results and liability

Every body responds differently. Treatments are carried out with professional skill and care, but no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Tell Martha about allergies, sensitivities, medications and skin conditions before your treatment. Where a reaction results from information that was not disclosed, we cannot accept responsibility for it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These services are cosmetic and therapeutic. They are not medical treatment and are not a substitute for medical advice.

8. Your account

Keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to your account. We may suspend an account being used abusively or fraudulently.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
